Maybe you thought that after your leave, you'd be "back to normal," that everything would fall back into place. But something changed. You changed.
Going back isn't always easy. It can feel like you're a different person trying to fit into an old version of yourself. It can hurt to feel like you're not performing as well as you used to, that you doubt what you used to do with confidence, or that your body and mind are different now.
It can be scary not to recognize yourself. And at the same time you're back, you're here, and you're doing things you never imagined were possible before.
What we'll work on together
I help women who, like you, are returning to their professional lives after motherhood and need space to listen to themselves, reorder priorities, and regain confidence in their own path.
This is not therapy or a productivity manual.

I’m a coach, I’ve led teams for over ten years, but above all, I’ve experienced what it means to return to paid work as a different person (twice).
I don’t believe in pushing you to “be who you were before,” but in helping you build from who you are now. My work is grounded in empathy, deep listening, and trust in your own process.
