Every step of my journey has shaped how I train and coach today
Marketing taught me how to understand people’s needs, motivations and emotions and how to communicate in a way that truly resonates. It helps me design sessions that speak to the audience and drive real engagement.
UX Design taught me to shift perspective from expert to observer, from speaker to listener. I’ve learned to ask better questions, adapt to how others see the world, and choose words with care, always aiming for clarity and relevance.
HR and Organizational Culture gave me the tools to work on systemic change. I understand how companies operate, what blocks transformation, and how to create environments where people feel valued and empowered.
Business Analytics brought a strategic and data-informed layer to my work. I use this mindset to balance empathy with structure, and to measure the impact of development initiatives with clear goals and outcomes.
Working in startups taught me agility, ownership, and how to build and adapt processes fast often wearing many hats and making quick, people-centered decisions.
My years in a multinational marketing agency gave me experience working with top global brands and navigating complex team dynamics, timelines, and cross-cultural expectations.
Serving as student's representative during my Executive Master’s (in the middle of a pandemic) taught me how to build bridges: mediating between classmates and faculty, and advocating for needs, expectations and solutions in uncertain times.
Motherhood deepened my empathy, taught me to hold space for vulnerability and growth at the same time, and redefined my relationship with time, priorities and values.
Being the youngest member of a company board (with a 20-year age gap) taught me how to speak up with confidence, listen with humility, and lead without authority.
Coaching new team managers has shown me how impactful it is when people feel seen, supported and equipped - especially at the start of their leadership journey.
Speaking five languages (Spanish, English, French, Catalan, and Czech) has shaped my sensitivity to nuance, identity, and communication. It allows me to connect across cultures and contexts.
